Shipping & Exchanges

Demasiado ajustadas

El espacio para el tobillo izquierdo es demasiado pequeño (y diferente en diámetro al derecho). No puedo cerrar al 100 la bota para no lastimarme, soy muy delgada, pero incluso así son demasiado estrechos. No es la primera vez. Tengo otras botas que son completamente difíciles de poner y, sobre todo, de quitar! son unas que no son de cierre sino de resorte, negras. Amo sus diseños y su calidad, por eso sigo comprando, pero definitivamente no poder usarlas o quitarselas cómodamente es un problema, soy delgada y eso ayuda, pero debo aceptar que no es práctico. Por favor, revisen esos detalles. Gracias!
